8 A Miracle of God For The USA
Was the Constitution
According to the Framers
The Constitution is modeled after the government God gave to Moses for ancient Israel through his father-in-law, Jethro, in the wilderness, and is based on 28 biblical principles.
After entering the Promised Land, because all the other nations had kings, the Israelites begged God for a king. God told them what a king would do, and how badly he would treat them, but they kept begging until He finally acquiesced. Monarchy or dictatorships then became the norm, and God's original model was thus abandoned, until ...
Five thousand years later our fledgling nation was about to die in infancy ...
The War Had Been Won. The Peace Was Almost Lost.
The first decade of our nation’s independence was fraught with difficulty. A number of inadequacies of the new government left the States as a family of quarreling children. Chief among the contributors to their strife was economic chaos and rampant inflation. Government by the Articles of Confederation was not adequate to insure the strength and prosperity of the nation.
Therefore, as a matter of dire urgency, a convention was called with the purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation. It was soon apparent that the inadequacy of the Articles did not admit of revision, but only of a wholesale rewriting.
Following is from the notes from the Constitutional Convention ... (I have taken the liberty to break it into paragraphs -- an aid to comprehension, like pauses in speech, seldom used in writing in those days.)
Dr. Franklin became impatient with the weeks of haggling deliberations of the Constitutional Convention and finally could no longer contain himself ...
Mr. President:
The small progress we have made after 4 or five weeks close attendance & continual reasonings with each other -- our different sentiments on almost every question, several of the last producing as many noes as ays, is methinks a melancholy proof of the imperfection of the Human Understanding.
We indeed seem to feel our own want of political wisdom, since we have been running about in search of it. We have gone back in ancient history for models of Government, and examined the different forms of those Republics which having been formed with the seeds of their own dissolution now no longer exist. And we have viewed Modern States all round Europe, but find none of their Constitutions suitable to our circumstances.
In this situation of this Assembly, groping as it were in the dark to find political truth, and scarce able to distinguish it when presented to us, how has it happened, Sir, that we have not hitherto once thought of humbly applying to the Father of lights to illuminate our understandings?
In the beginning of the contest with G. Britain, when we were sensible of danger we had daily prayer in this room for the divine protection. -- Our prayers, sir, were heard, & they were gracioulsy answered. All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of a superintending providence in our favor.
To that kind providence we owe this happy opportunity of consulting in peace on the means of establishing our future national felicity. And have we now forgotten that powerful friend? or do we imagine that we no longer need his assistance?
I have lived, Sir, a long time, and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth -- that God Governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid? We have been assured, Sir, in the sacred writings, that “except the Lord build the House they labour in vain that build it.”
I firmly believe this and I also believe that without his concurring aid we shall succeed in this political building no better than the builders of Babel. We shall be divided by our little partial local interests, our projects will be confounded, and we ourselves shall become a reproach and bye word down to future ages. And what is worse, mankind may hereafter from this unfortunate instance, despair of establishing Governments by Human wisdom and leave it to chance, war, and conquest.
I therefore beg leave to move -- that henceforth prayers imploring the assistance of Heaven, and its blessings on our deliberations, be held in this Assembly every morning before we proceed to business, and that one or more of the Clergy of this City be requested to officiate in that Service. --
Philadelphia, Thurday, June 28, 1787, in the Constitutional >Convention.
In response to the motion of Ben Franklin after four or five weeks of accomplishing nothing, they prayed each morning. They knew their nation was dying! They prayed fervently to God for wisdom (a prayer He delights to answer) and direction that their nation might be saved. All were believers, but had many differing ideas about how to proceed. Every time they differed on a point they went into Committee of the Whole and hashed out their ideas, until God brought them from many different viewpoints into one mind. Only once did they resort to compromise. Roger Sherman proposed the Connecticut Compromise — between the two extremes of the Virginia and New Jersey Plans, having to do with representation in Congress. Also known as the Great Compromise.
Almost immediately following the ratification of the Constitution in 1789, the economy of the nation began to be resuscitated by the "silver bullet" -- the money clause of the Constitution -- which is based upon the biblical principle of “just weights and measures.” Once revived, the new nation then continued to grow under the Constitution to become the greatest nation the world has ever seen.
The Framers declared the Constitution to be a Miracle of God. Now you know it was because of His answer to their prayers for wisdom and guidance in their deliberations.

God's Miracle that Healed the Fledgling Nation
Is Available to Heal it Again
of the Same Malady
Why have we not heard all this before,
and already taken back our government?
There is very serious and well financed opposition to our correcting the situation in any way. Jousting with windmills is not only a tremendous waste of time. Many brave people have lost their lives jousting with these windmills (but that is a whole other story -- Google: "Ruby Ridge," for a starter).
The World Money Power has been well entrenched for nearly two centuries. Because the Constitution was so effective it took them more than a century to dumb people down enough finally to effect the coup, which they accomplished with lies and by appealing to the emotions of the People.
With no understanding that the Senate was supposed to be the agency of the States, as the House is the agency of the People -- extremely important for the checks and balances of power -- the People succumbed to the appeal to their emotions when they were offered the opportunity to vote for Senators! Little did they know the real purpose of the Seventeenth Amendment was for the world elite to gain control of the Senate.
After the coup the world elite had the power to dumb us down much faster, so that in the 1940s even my Government teacher said, when we came to the Seventeenth Amendment, "Oh, that is just a housekeeping amendment. Let us go on to the next one." She did not have a clue that that amendment had already changed her life. Neither did I at the time. Most people today don't remember, if they ever knew, what the Seventeenth Amendment was even about.
Also, it will require foreign relations adjustments, especially in trade, so could not be done in one day.
Understand: In 1913 We lost the Constitution!
Oh, it was given lip service for many years, but was almost totally unheeded. Now it is not even given lip service; and not only not heeded, but openly denigrated as outdated.
For us to reclaim that Miracle of God for our nation today will require another miracle.
But our miracle-working God
has made a promise:
that He will heal our land,
IF …
IF His people, who are called by His name, will exhaust first all four remedies He gave us in 2 Chronicles 7:14 ...
“If My people, who are called by My name, will …
- humble themselves, and ...
- pray, and ...
- seek My face, and ...
- turn from their wicked ways,
Then will I …
- hear from heaven, ...
- forgive their sin, ...
- and heal their land.”
Rule of Law: To seek a lawful remedy, exhaust first all administrative remedies.
When our fledgling nation was literally dying from the malady of runaway inflation more than 200 years ago, which we are likely soon to experience, God healed it, in answer to the fervent prayers of the Founding Fathers.
That same miracle -- the Constitution with its "silver bullet" and Tenth Amendment -- is ready to be applied again as the Miracle of Healing of our Land today. As we have seen, the States have those keys.
But for that Miracle to happen, is dependent upon believers,
both Jews and Christians, to respond to that promise
and fulfill all four conditions.
The new miracle now needed is for those of His People who are awake and take prayerful action to be able to reach and convey the Big Picture to all -- including all of His People, who are called by His name -- so all, both believers and non-believers will understand how we have been deceived, and that we are all fast approaching an iceberg; and His people will at long last cry out to the Lord, and fulfill all four conditions of His promise.
In answer to our taking prayerful action, He will help us to reach even more with the same message, for it will take many voters to fill the State Legislatures, the Congress, and our county offices, with righteous statesmen -- committed to the Constitution.
In Old Testament times, the People of Israel often strayed, and went whoring after other gods, even offering their children as sacrifices to the gods of this world. God allowed, as a discipline, kings of other nations to oppress them, until they cried out to Him. He always responded by sending a deliverer.
The difference is that they always knew they were being oppressed, and even who their oppressors were.
Most of the people of this nation, whether believers or non-believers, if they are not jousting with windmills, are partying on the Titanic, unaware we are all fast approaching an iceberg. It will take the new miracle to reach them and wake them up!
... a long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom.
-- Thomas Paine in his preface to Common Sense
Today, we of this beautiful land have gone far astray, and, among many other things, are sacrificing our children by putting them in bondage to an unpayable debt. It is unpayable because debt money is complex. The debt is greater than the Gross Product of the whole world. Most of it is fraudulent, but the banks have sold it to others, so morally we owe it -- unless we take back our government and require the perpetrators to pay back what they have stolen, which is most of our wealth.
What will we tell our children when they ask us why we let this happen?
Hopefully, as a result of our taking prayerful action, all those who are called by His name, will soon discover that we have been deceived, become aware of our plight, will remember God's promise, and will -- before we hit the iceberg -- cry out to the Lord, humble ourselves, and pray, and seek His face, and turn from our wicked ways.
Then He will hear from heaven, forgive our sins, bring us to understand that He has already healed our land, and how we can reclaim that Miracle of healing of 1789 -- the States have the keys -- to apply His prescription -- His Miracle, the Constitution, using the silver bullet and the Tenth Amendment.
In answer to our prayers while taking action, He will, in a new miracle, help us to reach enough voters to fill the States and the House of Representatives with righteous statesmen who will turn those keys.
The time has come to declare our trust in the Lord to heal our land.
-- Psalm 5:11-12
But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. -- Psalm 5:11-12
The LORD our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us: That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers. And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before the LORD, be nigh unto the LORD our God day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant, and the cause of his people Israel at all times, as the matter shall require: -- 1 Kings 8:57-59
Turning the Keys
When one State uses the
Silver Bullet to build an economic lifeboat, the other States will soon follow, and working together they will learn from one another, and as they see the transformation, will begin to come into one mind, preparing them for taking the next step:
all the States in one accord, standing on the Tenth Amendment, to reclaim the government, beginning with the Senate, and come again to prosper as a light to the world.
That all the people of the earth may know that the LORD is God, and that there is no other. -- 1 Kings 8:60
So, while we are reaching everyone with the Big Picture, we must simultaneously be filllng our State Legislatures and the Congress; yes, and our county and local offices, with knowledgeable and honorable statesmen, committed to the Constitution and with moral strength to refuse to receive a gift, because they know that a gift blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous. (
Deuteronomy 16:19). and who will know what to do (or be willing to learn).
To this end, non-believers can make common cause with believers to recover the freedom and prosperity -- for us all, and for our progeny -- that used to be enjoyed in this beautiful nation. We invite all to help, for it takes voters to elect the statesmen that the State Legislatures and the House of Representatives so desperately need.
Even if you don’t believe in miracles, but are a lover of freedom, and can see that in calling the Constitution -- which they, themselves, had framed -- a miracle of God, the Framers were referring to the wisdom they believed was given them in answer to their fervent prayers. ...
History testifies to the marvelous wisdom in the Constitution. Also testifying to that wisdom is that inherent in the Constitution is the viable Plan for reclaiming it and our government, as it provides the States the keys to the Plan, and that the States have those keys.
It does not require faith to recognize wisdom.
The Constitution Party invites you and all who are committed to the Constitution -- believers and non-believers alike -- to make common cause in this endeavor.
By the way, the only litmus test for Constitution Party membership is commitment to the Constitution.
